Window cannot access the specified device, path, and file….Error ေျဖရွင္းရန္နည္းလမ္းမ်ား

၀င္းဒိုး application software မ်ား ထည့္သြင္းမည္လုပ္ေတာ့ ေအာက္ပါမက္ေစ့ဂ်္မ်ိဳးေပၚလာျပီး ထည့္သြင္းလို႔မရ တဲ့ျပသနာမ်ိဳးၾကံဳဖူးလိမည့္မယ္ထင္တယ္။ အဲဒါနဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီးေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္မယ့္ နည္းလမ္းတစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ကိုတင္ျပေပး သြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္။ က်ေနာ္ Google မွာရွာျပီးဖတ္ၾကည့္ေတာ့ နည္းလမ္းမ်ိဳးစံုသူ႔ဟာနဲ႔သူေျဖရွင္းနည္းေတြေရးၾက တယ္။ အဲဒီနည္းလမ္းမ်ားတြင္ အဆင္ေျပႏိုင္မယ့္လို႔ထင္ရတဲ့နည္းလမ္းတစ္ခ်ိဳ႕ကိုသာ ေဖၚျပမွာျဖစ္တယ္။ ဒီလိုျပ သနာမ်ိဳးၾကံဳလာခဲ့ရင္ စမ္းၾကည့္ေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ စမ္းသတာအရံႈးမရွိပါဘူးမဟုတ္လား။

ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ျပသနာမ်ားထဲမွ တစ္ခုကေတာ့ Permissions - Allow or Deny Users and Groups ထဲကတစ္ခုခုလြဲ သြားတာတို႔၊ Users and Groups တို႔ Remove လုပ္မိတာတို႔ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္အဲလိုျဖစ္သြားခဲ့ရင္ ေအာက္ ပါလုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ား ျပင္ဆင္ျပီးလုပ္ၾကည့္ေစခ်င္တယ္။

ပထမနည္း User or Group (Drive) တို႔ကို Remove / Add နဲ႔ File, Folder ေတြကို Permission Change ဖို႔ Allow and Deny လုပ္နည္း

ေအာက္ပါလုပ္ငန္းစဥ္ေတြကို မလုပ္ခင္ Window 7 Forum မွ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္တဲ့ Warning သတိေပးခ်က္ကိုဂရုတဆိုက္ ဖတ္ေစခ်င္တယ္။ ျပီးမွေအာက္ပါလုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္ေတြကို လိုက္လုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။

Warning
I would recommend that you create a restore point before making changes to a file, folder, drive, or registry key permissions. This way if you make a mistake and lock yourself out (access denied) of the item, you will be able to do a system restore at boot and select the restore point to undo the mistake.
• Be sure to not deny permissions or remove your user account for the file, folder, drive, or registry key. Doing so could prevent you from having access to the item.
• Be sure to not deny permissions to the Everyone group for the file, folder, drive, or registry key. This will also include your user account.
• Be sure to not deny permissions to TrustedInstaller, LOCAL SERVICE, RESTRICTED, SERVICE, or SYSTEM if listed. Doing so will prevent Windows 7 from having access, and will cause Windows 7 to not run properly afterwards.


To Remove a User or Group
My Computer> C: Drive ကို Right Click > Properties ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး Menu > Security tab ကိုႏွိပ္
ေအာက္ပါ permission ေဘာက္စ္ေပၚလာမည္။ ၄င္းေဘာက္စ္တြင္ User or Group list ေတြေဖၚျပေနတာေတြ႕ ရမွာျဖစ္တယ္။ မိမိ Remove လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့ user ကို ေရြးျပီး ေအာက္က Remove ကိုႏွိပ္လိုက္ရံုပါပဲ။


ထိုေနာက္ Window Security ေဘာက္စ္ေပၚလာမည္။ OK ကိုသာႏွိပ္


To Add a User or Group
My Computer> C: Drive ကို Right Click > Properties ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး Menu > Security tab ကိုႏွိပ္၊ ျပီးေတာ့ edit ကိုႏွိပ္ပါ။
၁။ Permission ေဘာက္စ္ေပၚလာရင္ Add ကိုႏွိပ္။ ေအာက္ပါပံုအတိုင္း…


၂။ ျပီးေတာ့ Advanced button ကိုႏွိပ္။


၃။ ထိုေနာက္ Find Now ကိုႏွိပ္။


၄။ Search results ေဘာက္စ္ေပၚလာမည္။ မိမိျပန္ထည့္ခ်င္တဲ့ user(s) and/or group(s) ေတြကို ေရြးျပီး OK (see screenshot below)




To Allow or Deny Permissions for a User or Group
My Computer> C: Drive ကို Right Click > Properties ကိုႏွိပ္ျပီး Menu > Security tab ကိုႏွိပ္။
ထိုေနာက္မိမိ permission လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့ user or group ေတြကိုေရြးျပီး ေအာက္ကေဘာက္စ္မွာ Allow or Deny ျပထားအတိုင္း ေလးေထာင့္ကြက္ေလးေတြကို အမွန္ျခစ္ျပီး apply > OK

တတိယနည္း Internet Explorer ကေန Security Setting Internet Zone ကေန၀င္ျပင္ျခင္း

ေနာက္ဆံုးနည္း
အင္စေတာထည့္သြင္းမဲ့့ .exe ဖိုင္ကို Location ကိုေျပာင္းၾကည့္ျပီး ေမာင္းၾကည့္ပါ။ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ .exe ဖိုင္ကို Rename အျခားနာမည္တစ္မ်ိဳးနဲ႔ေျပာင္းၾကည့္ပါ။
Internet Security ကို Disable ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Unistall လုပ္လိုက္ပါ။ ဒါကေတာ့ ဟုတ္ႏိုးႏိုးနဲ႔စမ္းသတဲ့နည္းေလး
ပါ။ ျပီးေတာ့ ၄င္း .exe ကိုေမာင္းၾကည့္ပါ။

ဒါေတြအားလံုးကို သိသေလာက္နဲ႔အထက္ပါျပသနာကို ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္မည့္နည္းလမ္းေလးေတြကိုစုဆည္းတင္ျပထား ျခင္းသာျဖစ္တယ္။
